There comes a time when tech companies realize that there is only so much they can do with the aesthetics of a product in a specific form factor. Take the Bar form factor Touchscreen Smartphones for example. US computer giant Apple is in negotiations to buy Chinese Internet game developer Handseeing Information Technology, a top executive with the Chinese firm said Friday.
